Dr. Nurunnajah Sarani

Dr. Nurun began her journey in the medical field after graduating from Mansoura University of Egypt in 2016. Then she undergoes housemanship training in Hospital Kuala Lumpur throughout various departments, such as medical, surgical, orthopaedic, O&G, emergency, and paediatric.

After her residency training, she was placed as a Medical Officer in the Medical department in February 2019. Experienced training with specialists and consultants in multiple subspecialties such as neurology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, and cardiology.

In November 2019, she was transferred to Kedah and started to work at the Casualty and Emergency Department at Hospital Jitra, Kedah. She is experienced in encountering and managing patients in acute settings. Undergoes training in basic and advanced life support, advanced cardiovascular life support, disaster management, and ultrasonography. She is also a facilitator who teaches basic life support to health care workers.

Dr. Nurun is a recognised Medical Officer by the Malaysian Medical Council with wide knowledge of common community diseases.

She left government service in November 2022 and joined Zip-Zip Group of Companies as a Residence Doctor at Klinik Remedic Kangar.
