In year 1988, she attended LCCI Bookkeeping & Accounting at Systematic College. She started her first career at CIMB Bank. She also attended Beauty Facial Courses as hobby and interest. After her sibling has decided to set up medical field of business, she was invited to join the team as a Beautician who solely in-charge of REMEDIC BEAUTY HOUSE. At the same time, she is also in-charge of hiring and assisting in administrative work.

She is in charge of overseeing all aspects of human resources (HR), its practices, and operations in order to meet the needs of the constantly evolving business.

Her most prominent role is her leadership role where she leads long range strategic planning in order to anticipate the innovation of change initiatives that promote people productivity, organizational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

She ensures that the organizational design and rewards structure is reflective of a dynamic business environment and up to date modes of working in an increasingly competitive business environment. She also develops comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans that meet the business’s human capital needs.

With her abilities and attitute, she is able to overcome all staffing problems and motivate all staffs to a maximal level of performances. She has promoted to Chief HR Officer for Zip-Zip Group of Companies in Jan 2020.
