Dr. Chew Shi Wei graduated in 2007 from National University of Malaysia (UKM) attaining the doctor of Medicine (MD). He was then offered attachment training at the Hospital Tuanku Fauziah in Perlis where he worked under the supervision of local and national authority from multidiscipline. In mid-2008, upon completion of the house officer training, he was assigned permanently to surgery team.  He has vast interest into various discipline not only from surgery aspect, but also including medical, paediatric, geriatric, obstetrics and gynaecology and etc. Therefore, with the encouragement from family and friends, he then left government service in Hospital.

In Year 2011, invited by friends, he became one of the founding partners in REMEDIC CLINIC. While setting up the clinic, he was encouraged to obtain his dialysis licence at the same period.

He is driving the Group’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals. He tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of group’s business.

Now, he is one of the pioneer and key person in ZipZip Group of Companies. Holding many majority shares in many companies and Directorship too. He has promoted to Chief Operation Officer in Zip Zip Group of Companies in Jan 2020.
