Dr. Lu Yu Tat graduated in 2007 from International Medical University (IMU) attaining the doctor of Medicine (MBBS). He was attached his training at the Hospital Tuanku Fauziah in Perlis. He worked under the supervision of local and national authority from multidiscipline. In mid-2008, upon completion of the house officer training, he was assigned permanently to Surgery Department.   He was then discovered himself with vast interest into various discipline not only from surgery aspect, but also including medical, paediatric, geriatric, obstetrics and gynaecology and etc. With the encouragement from family and friends, he left government service in 2011. Together with his sibling and partners, they set up first One stop solution medical clinic inclusive of General Practise Clinic, Haemodialysis Centre, Dental Clinic and Beauty House. 

His role and responsibilities in ZipZip Group of Companies not limited to Medical Management but also to develop new business opportunity. He is able to identify the problems hindering business growth. He is able to evaluate a business’s current performance and look for ways that it can improve.

He proposes a good communication skill, negotiating skills, and business intelligence. He is able to identify the problems hindering business growth. He identifies opportunities, while carefully building and maintaining long term relationship with business partners and their affiliates.

He is a trustworthy and friendly, and with this personality, many of his Doctor friends who has same vision will become company’s partner to work together to achieve the same goals and missions.

He holds many majority shares in many companies and Directorship too. He has promoted to Chief Business Development Officer in Zip Zip Group of Companies in Jan 2020.
