Mdm Lu has attended Diploma in Marketing Programme (DIM) at Stamford College Petaling Jaya, focuses on business and management field, including human resource and accounting aspects. She worked for Parisign Marketing Sdn Bhd as Senior Sales Executive for 2 years and secured few corporate clients for the company. In year 1994 to 1996, she was attached with Resort World Bhd as Senior Media Sales handling third party advertisement in Genting Highlands Resort. She started own business at age 25, i.c. Zip-Zip Marketing dealing with corporate premium gifts, food & beverage and hotel supplies. Her business is diversify as it also an importer and sole distributor for many brand in F&B.

In year 2011, with her sibling and friend, together they venture into medical field and Zip-Zip Marketing Sdn Bhd owned a Registered Trade Mark of REMEDIC® . She has attended Company Directorship Programme organized by SSM and many others business related programmes, self-development workshop and other courses in order to guide and lead the team to a more humanise business environment.

She in charge of managing ZipZip group of Companies , and she is responsible for overall success of the group entity and for making top-level managerial decisions. She is leading the development and execution of long-term strategies, with the goal of increasing shareholder value. She also evaluating the work of other Executive leaders within the companies, including Directors & Chief Officer. She ensures the group maintain high social responsibilities wherever it does business.

She is managing Group’s financial aspects of the business including Financial risks, manage budgets, analysing of data and develop standards for finance performance for the companies. 

In early 2022, she enrolled MBA at programme to enhance her administrative skills.

She believes that it is company responsibility to give back to society, with her partner and friends, they formed a charity platform which called REMEDIC HealthCare Foundation to serve the community in difference ways.
